Bealz: Prince of the Southside(signed edition)

Hailing from Chicago’s hardscrabble Southside streets, Bealz must contend daily with violence, danger, and rejection, all while having little to no contact with his mother, who aged out of the very same foster home he finds himself trapped in, and only able to wonder about an absent father, imprisoned before he was even born.

Soon enough though, he finds his parents harbor secrets that will forever change his life. Secrets big enough to rip his world apart as they introduce him to a brand new reality. A wondrous existence where legends live and breathe and monsters fight daily to destroy everything and everyone he’s ever loved.
Bealz will discover he is a child of that other world, descended of royal blood, that his father hails from the Great House Askai, rulers of the Long Plains Kingdom of the Incata, and that his mother, a child of Earth, wields the powers of a goddess.

As these secrets are revealed, Bealz embarks upon a journey across two worlds, battling Saints and the demon Shitani along the way in a race to restore balance before it’s all too late.
